We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are Out of Stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. For any expected delays over 7 days, a member of our team will be in contact with you via email to explain the situation.
You have the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from the date of receipt providing that the product has not been opened or used except in the case of faulty items (Please see Returns and Refund Policy). You are responsible for all carriage charges for returned items. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If, for whatever reason you are not entirely with your purchase, you may return your goods to us within 28 days of receipt and we will willingly offer you an exchange or, if we choose, a refund. Should you wish to exchange your item(s), you will not be recharged for P&P.
